Dan is great! he repped the seller in our purchase of a New Construction home and we couldn't say enough good things about him. Super professional, timely, and an extremely kind person. Would Highly recommend.

Daniel and his team made the whole process of buying a house so easy. He helped us find a house in only 3 days. He always managed to find time for us even with our complicated schedule. He is very active, knowledgeable in what he does and looks out for what’s best for you. I would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking to buy a home to go with Daniel. 5/5 I had the pleasure of working with Dan Belza as my real estate agent, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. In the end, we settled o...

We would recommend none other than him as a Realtor and anyone looking to buy or sell a home! An absolute rockstar! Thanks Cooper!

My husband and I purchased our first home with Samuel and he made the process so much easier and stress free for us. He explained everything thoroughly for us to understand. He’s the best! Thanks again, Samuel!
