As a first time home buyer, I could not have made I better choice when I decided to go with Daniel as my real estate agent. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to all that I wanted in a home. He was always honest and gave fantastic advice. It was never about just selling me a house- he made sure to find me the home that I wanted. I always felt like I was in the loop of everything that was happening and Daniel was amazing at communicating regularly. He answered my million and one questions, toured dozens of homes with me and supported through this exciting but scary decision. He even went above and beyond all calls of duty by calling in for estimates for repairs that might need to get done. When I did decide on a home, he was able to secure a quick and fair offer in a very competitive market. And has even checked in afterwards to make sure that everything was going okay. Many years from now when I’m ready to sell this home and look for another one- he will be the only person I call.
